All that has happened to me in the past year! I've returned to Hampton Roads Virginia after 18 years, and am looking for someone to spend time with and to share my views of life, the universe, and everything with. I'll really don't fit into one specific personality type. Twenty plus years in the military and 27 years as an EMT and Fire Fighter has made me the square peg the does not fit the traditional round holes!

I have a weird sense of humor and can see the ridiculous in the sublime. Like everyone I do have my faults. As someone once said, I can be my own best friend or my own worst enemy. I tend to be too dedicated, and have the annoying tendency to care too much sometimes. I like watching TV on rainy afternoons, but I also love travelling and checking out quirky roadside attractions. I can appreciate Wolfgang Puck's gourmet treats, but at the same time, a chili-dog at a NASCAR Race is a treat one MUST experience in their lifetime!

I'm looking to find someone who can accept me for who I am and will not view me as a project that needs to be changed. I have proverbially "been there, and done that". I am also looking for someone who understands "British Humor", and can laugh at Rodney Dangerfield and the Three Stooges. I'm looking for someone who can just keep up with me, and enjoy the ride.
