Hi,
I live here in Sunny San Diego and I work with seniors making sure that they have a fun place to go to for a few hours a day to socialize, have lunch, and have fun.
I have a daughter in school studying criminology.
I have a 14 year old living with me. He is very into skateboards, scooters & video games.
I also have 2 small dogs, not much protection, but they are cute.
I am lucky enough to still have my mother alive, though in a different state.
When I find a spare moment I like listening to music, either classic rock, or even the top 20 of today...it grows on you after awhile.
I also enjoy going to concerts, doesn't matter if it is a big name group or a local band in the park. I also love going to see plays. I usher at a local playhouse so that I can see more and meet new people.
I enjoy movies, romantic comedies (such as the ones Cameron Diaz is always in), also thrillers...then I have a reason to jump into someones arms during the frightening scenes.(Hopefully I know the person).
I like walking around parts of town where there are lots of people so I can people watch.
I don't like to sit and watch t.v. till evening after earning the right to sit after a day working or playing. I like E.R., Medium, Law & Order SVU and shows like that...also comedies.
I like to volunteer when I get a chance. Would like to volunteer to work at a soup kitchen one Thanksgiving or Christmas to help those that don't have the simple things most people have and to help them have a great day, even if it isn't every day.
I am looking for someone who also likes some of the same things I do.
I am not a princes or hollywood starlet, but I will try and make my partner feel like a king.
I also love to travel any chance I get.
