Ik beschrijf mezelf als:
I am just getting back into the dating scene, as I am recently separated.
Physically, medically, functionally, or whatever, I am more like a 30 year old guy than my chronological age. I am active, dynamic, toned with low body fat, do aerobics, tennis, and weight training, I am in perfect health and fitness, take care of myself, and have never smoked or done any drugs. Taking care of myself is important for me, but also my partner in life!
I have some superstar kids from my marriage, and I have had a lot of joy and experience raising them. I would be very open to meeting someone who is interested in having children, but this is not mandatory.
Someone my age also brings maturity and experience to the table, something not there with the younger guys.
I am not looking for a “conquest” or a fling. I am trying to find the person I want to spend my life with.
What are my interests? I work in the medical field and enjoy my work. I help a lot of people.
I love to workout and do reasonably heavy weights as well as basic calisthenics and treadmill. I enjoy playing tennis.
I played bridge earlier in life and wouldn’t mind finding a game now and then if possible.
I am somewhat of an audiophile, and love listening to excellent music. I am eclectic in my tastes, but am especially partial to classical, new age, country rock, reggae, musicals, and rock. My daughter is introducing me to hip-hop!
I am an avid reader and have a library of books, both fiction and nonfiction. I also read in my field. I am in the car a lot and have found that nothing beats a good audiobook. I tend to like science fiction a lot as well. Other interesting nonfiction topics to me are history, science, the mind and consciousness, nutrition and longevity science, linguistics, ancient civilizations, and philosophy.
I like to eat healthy. My favorite restaurants are Oriental and Italian. I also like Indian and Mexican. I do like to try new dishes. I drink socially, mostly wine, but enjoy a good beer several times a year. I take antiaging supplements regularly.
