Animal lover seeks gentleman with same or similar interests: occasional week-end+/- getaways, long walks through the woods or beach side strolls, spontaneity. Also home improvement projects, gardening, recycle/reuse centers, yard sales, auctions and the like. I enjoy sports; especially opening game when The Nationals are the visitors at Mets Field at my other house. Love to go back to UM for Terps basketball. Used to go to all the Bullets games (when I lived home with the family) ; now only go to Wizards occasionally. pand Enjoy horseback riding, white water rafting down the Savage River, and Coasters at Deep Creek. Love to go cruising every couple years. Last one was a Western Caribbean cruise where I enjoyed zip lining across the Roatan mountains.

I own my own home, financially responsible, and still hanging in there in this economy, emotionally stable, and share my home with a couple 4 legged family members: 2 inherited, 1 rescues. Have many friends, close with my family, especially my daughter, enjoy quiet time too...looking to enhance all of the above.

Mit jelent a szórakozás a részemre:

Fun is not necessarily what you're doing, but who you are doing it with. I enjoy walking my dogs, but it's fun when walking with my friends or my daughter. I enjoy breaking bread, toasting wine, or sipping coffee, but definitely have fun doing all of the above with someone special.
As for fun activities, some previously mentioned:
whitewater rafting, coasting, boating, horseback riding, zip lining, leisure drives, Othello and Scrabble, and sometimes Monopoly (depends on who's playing against me;) Sporting events such as: baseball, basketball & football games. Dancing, dining out with friends or someone special, concerts, theater, plays, movies, museums, zoo and volunteering for causes I believe in, such as several animal advocacies. Occasionally home renovation can be fun, but again, really depends on who I am with.


Grand kids would be fun too, but I don't have any of those yet.
