I am originally from Montreal, and have lived in various locations; and now live in Toronto. Youthful in appearance, yet I am an honest, intelligent, mature, respectful, faithful, sincere, passionate person, with a fiery personality, who is young at heart, but firmly grounded. Sometimes I am shy, and other times, not. I am not Jewish, but have several Jewish people in our family, as well as having been in a long term relationship with a Jewish man, and am very famililiar with the faith and culture. I am seeking someone with similar traits for a serious, committed relationship. I do not like superficial men for whom looks and age matter a lot. I want someone who is "real" and who is also looking for a "real" woman. I am not a club hopper, nor do I frequent the bar scene. Been there, done that. I think family and good friends are important. I am very respectful of others and expect the same in return. I enjoy traveling, hanging out with my life partner, family and good friends, watching movies/documentaries/etc., at home, dining on occasion; but above all, I love just hanging at home or wherever with my soul mate/life companion, cooking together, watching tv, or just talking and being together. Conversation and respect is very important. I am looking for someone with whom I am compatible, who shares the same goals and values as I, and who is also seriously looking for a life mate. I would consider children, depending on the circumstances and the man. I am seeking someone who, like myself, is a mature, responsible, intelligent, educated and successful professional, and who is not a commitment phobe. The man I am seeking has left any ex-wives or girlfriends in the past, as I have done.
