I am an old fashioned fellow, meaning I was brought up to be honest, sincere and reliable in relationships. I love to talk about the nature of life and understand as best I can the person I commit to. I have two bright and beautiful adult daughters who continue to teach me about life & love. I'm told I am intense and this probably has to do with spending much of my life helping others work out their difficulties. The house is full of life...3 cats and two dogs, full of books as I collect signed first editions and often full of quiet which is also a necessity for me on a periodic basis. I turned into a bit of a homebody in the last few years and enjoy sitting out late at night on the back patio enjoying the evening's silence or reading in bed until my eyes cross. I enjoy an occasional cigar (outside only!!!).

Dancing on tables? No. Being a celebrity? No. Perhaps that is not entirely true. I have always wanted to try working in radio as well as writing a publishable memoir of my life over the last several years. Well, maybe I should go back to wanting to try dancing on tables?

My goal is to continue to be a good father to my two daughters. Most of the goals that I set for myself have been met...doctorate, well regarded in my field, children, home. Really only one thing is missing and that is a companion who is looking for a good man to share life with.

Min forestilling om hvad der er sjovt er

My idea of having fun is writing music/lyrics together (if possible of course), sitting on the back patio and having intimate conversations about whatever is important to us and sitting closely together in bed reading together (parallel play) or reading to each other. Getting together with family to enjoy a meal usually cooked on my superdedooperdy gas grill and catch up on all that is happening. Eat till you burst? Hopefully not.

I'm looking for someone who is as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. Someone warm, sensitive, attractive, intelligent, loving, comfortable with talking closeness and proximity. And I would consider having children or as I say, someone to replicate our DNA but it must be with the right spousal unit :)
