Shy, Photo taken 2010.Quiet but chatty. Loves peace and quiet and solitude. I love reading and writing. Published on religious and political issue in newspapers and blogs for 30 years. Very witty. Introvert with extrovert moments. Can go from serious to funny in a split second, and vice versa. Feminine. Loves dresses. Not strong enough to work due to ME. I don't have a lot of energy and have to rest a lot. Prev worked as a Psychiactric Nurse and Personnel Asst. Done lots of courses: Counselling.Literature, Soviet Studies, Russian, Holocaust studies... Some people like me because they say I make them think about things they have never thought of before, and some say I think too much. Over the years people have described me as kind, thoughtful and patient. I am not a romanticist, but a realist. I can be quite cynical, sceptical and suspicious. I always check the small print and ask penetrative questions. I am not promiscuous, and am looking for a serious relationship. I need a man who has a lot of patience and who isn't very demanding or exacting. I do not keep kosher, but I am willing to change and adapt. I was brought up Orthodox and went to King David High, Manchester. I believe in God and read a Psalm a day. I love gardening, tapestry and watching Question Time, Newsnight and BBC News 24.

I am looking for a man with LOTS and lots of patience. Open-minded, considerate, willing to compromise. Concerned for the underdog. A realist, not a romanticist. Kind and caring. Willing and able to cook and do housework. Self-sufficent. Not afraid of hard work. Good hygiene. Keeps himself and his home clean and tidy. Not scruffy. A dirty mucky car full of rubbish is not for me. Motivated. Calmness. Not violent. Can control his temper. Does not have a drink, drug or gambling problem. Neithr must he be a womaniser. Not loud or too talkative. Enjoys peace and quiet, and appreciative of the litle things in life. Grateful and optimistic and concerned for the well-being of others. Witty. We need to be able to be laugh at the same kind of things.
