I'd like to find someone to share interests with, to enjoy each other's company and just see where things go from there. My ideal woman is not on a checklist - it’s someone with that magic spark!
I like listening to a wide range of music including R&B and soul - more into latest releases than oldies. Like Latin music and some salsa dancing. Some theatre and comedy clubs. I'm interested in historical things and places, visiting museums or national trust sites and art galleries. I love travel but not the packing that goes with it! I’ve lived and worked abroad for a number of years on several continents - but am now settled back in UK. Do regular and varied exercise classes - but the gym just doesn’t do it for me. I like fair weather cycling and occasional hiking/ walking on scenic routes. I’m a regular Bridge player and keen on improving. I’m not a fashionista but prefer being smart casual. I have a dry sense of humour and am interested in current affairs. I’m genuine and don’t have hidden agendas – so what you see is what you get! I’m fairly tactile and like to receive the same in return. I’m pretty well domesticated ever since my student days – so I’m not seeking a laundress, and can even cook up a reasonable meal with fresh ingredients – so I don’t mind taking my turn in the kitchen. I like getting out and about doing things but equally can be contented relaxing at home – it’s the right company and conversation that’s important. I’m not set in my ways and am still up for new adventures and experiences. Definitely not “pipe and slippers”!!
