I am intelligent, attractive and I have a habit of being
too nice for my own good. My passion is working with children, especially those with special needs. When I am not working I enjoy being in nature, cooking (not gourmet!), baking, knitting, collecting Jewish artwork, keeping up with and discussing current events
(Trump supporters need not apply!) gardening and spending time with family and friends. I tend to hold onto friendships for a long time. My longest friendship has lasted 41 years and I met my closest friend almost 40 years ago. My latest hobby, like so many people, is making masks. I use a couple of different designs so I can customize them. I have made them for a couple of friends. If we hit it off I will make one or more just for you. I have 2 grown kids. One lives on his own and the other is starting her teaching career in what was once my office. My constant companion is my cat, Chaim. Sorry if you are allergic, we come as a package deal. I grew up on Baltimore's Jewish community and have held various volunteer positions in it over the years. What am I looking for in a man? Someone who is optimistic, laid back and like me, believes that one of the keys to happiness is living a grateful life. Most importantly, I am hoping to find someone who lives his life in such a way that there is no doubt he deserves the highest compliment I can give, that is to be a called a true mensch.
