I grew up in Queens, NY. I have a master’s degree and am in a helping profession. I have two small dogs and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I love Florida and spending time outdoors. I enjoy being around intelligent and interesting people and I am pretty low key and easy going. So… here I am. In a place I haven’t been in since I was a teenager! I am recently widowed, after being married to my college sweetheart for most of my life. I’m learning how to navigate again. I love learning and am endlessly curious, mostly about people. I’m not afraid to be real and enjoy being affectionate and laughing about the absurdities of life. What else can we do, but to make the best of what we have?! I am a glass half full kind of person and always give people the benefit of the doubt. But… I can spot truth and don’t play games. I am eager to find another partner who I can have new adventures with and who can allow me to show him the best in a relationship and vice-versa. I love deep conversations about you, me, us and the world. I value family and have a wonderful relationship with mine and look forward to adding more with my new person. I don’t judge but know what’s real…. I’m kind and accepting, looking for a person of depth and who appreciates both the small and big pleasures that life has to offer. I’m most comfortable in jeans but also love to dress up for occasions. I look forward to living life again fully and spending time exploring new places both near and far. I love reading, listening to music, going to shows, art fairs, museums, sporting events.. you name it! I care about the state of our world and our planet and most of all I care about the people in my life. I wouldn’t match well with a MAGA person (just so you know). Love good banter and can go up with the best of them! I believe physical attraction and intimacy are important parts of a relationship and want that again. I’m independent and don’t need someone to complete me, just want someone to stand by me through life’s challenges and joys. Looking for my special someone. Hope it’s you!
