I am a 52 year old Maine native living in Florida, working in state government, who has been divorced since 2011. I have joint custody of my 9-year old son who means the world to me, and I'm trying to keep him happy in the midst of emotional upheaval. At my age, I've outgrown a lot of the foolishness of 20's and 30's bachelorhood, so I'm primarily focusing on keeping my daily routine running smoothly and making sure that I can maintain what I have. In other words, I'm not into the drama queen scene. Politically, I'm pretty liberal, although I'm somewhat conventional when it comes to personal conduct. My interests include spectator sports, outdoor activities (biking, long walks, playing ball with my son), traveling, movies, and occasional dining out.
Right now, I'm just hoping to meet some interesting people and if leads to anything serious, that will be a bonus.....
