Sometimes we just need to laugh at ourselves and try not to take life too seriously. Always remain positive and keep an open mind. Life is constantly changing. Life is full of choices, but we don’t always have to accept what is thrown at us. I don't regret any of the choices that I have made; I try to make the best choices I can, even if those choices aren't readily available to me. There's nothing wrong with writing your own script. I would like to think that I will always do what is right and just. I’m not here to rescue anyone, but I’d like to think that there is a little knight in all of us. I’m a bit on the creative side so I'll try to think outside the box.

I've lived in the Atlanta area for 30+ years, so I think of Atlanta as my home. I'm not one to travel, but it would be nice to have someone with me to explore my surroundings and help me find places to have some fun. I like movies, theatre, parks (both amusement and nature), long walks, watching TV cuddled up with my partner, festivals and fairs, anything creative (I'm a graphic designer and tend to gravitate to creative endeavors). I am looking for someone who is willing to share our interests and learn from one another. Let's build up a friendship first, and see where we can go from there. Sometimes I can be very playful and foolish, so you’ll have to put up with my quirky nature at times. In fiction, I could be referred to as one of Pan's Lost Boys; a little mischievous, a little beyond rules.

I know that no two people are exactly alike (where's the fun, mystery or excitement in that), just so long as we share some of the same interests or like doing some of the same things. I enjoy learning new things; so if there is something you are passionate about, please feel free to teach me. I don't quite know what to expect out there or what others are expecting of me, but I’m willing to take a chance to find out. If you want to get to know me better, then spend some time with me and ask me questions.

How can I describe the ideal first date without knowing what my partner will be like? I believe that a relationship is like a partnership and anything we do together should be decided on as a collaborative effort. I believe that when I meet the right person, then the date will be ideal. As long as we can communicate and discover each other, then any setting will do.

I'm always striving to be the best that I can be. I set goals and try to achieve them, but if the deadline starts to approach and I'm not quite there yet, it's time to reevaluate and set new goals. Although I can put a positive note on just about anything, I'm also a realist and try to look at the whole picture before I make any rash decisions.

I wish I could say that I knew what a perfect match was. No one is perfect, it's how we perceive those imperfections that really matters. I am not perfect and I don't expect anyone else to be either. Maybe we should study each other's imperfections.

I'd like to meet someone with similar interests, who can share both good times and bad. There will always be both; it's how you handle each situation that matters. I would like to find someone who will listen to me as well as share information about their lives. I'd like someone who enjoys the fun things in life as well as being able to just kick back and relax with a good meal and a video. A long term relationship would be great, but in order to make it work you must first develop a strong friendship. I like a little mystery and fun in my life, so if your interests are not exactly like mine then I will have something new to learn (I'm always trying to learn new things).
