I am a one man woman who loves to laugh and make my partner laugh. I have been told that I have a "wicked" sense of humor.
Being with people who are younger than I am keeps me young, both physically and emotionally. Some people are old at 40. I choose to be youthful.
I treasure my true friends and would do almost anything for them. I appreciate the "little" things in life: a child's laugh, petting my cat (and just about every other furry four legged creature I encounter in my daily travels), the sound of a bird's chirp, the way the wind moves through the trees, the sound and smell of the ocean.
The man I am looking for is a very special person; loving, giving, caring, someone who will cherish me and who I can cherish. Intimacy is very important to me as it should be to my partner. I am a very tactile woman, loving to touch and be touched: a touch on the cheek, holding hands while taking a walk, a kiss on the neck while standing at the edge of the water, arms around each other, watching children play in the water, talking about anything and everything, and at the same time, not having to speak a word to communicate with each other. I believe that intimacy starts in the mind. It is that "I see you" the characters of Avatar spoke about. A true understanding with just a look. I know that what I am looking for is rare, but I know he is out there. My man should be "classy" in his actions and appearance.
I love jazz, blues and 60's, 70's and 80's rock, live theater, touring museums, festivals, county fairs, and walking on the beach (either ocean or fresh water). I do pencil drawings of nudes and faces, having trained at RISD during high school. I have recently taken up photography and could use some help figuring out all the gizmos, although I do occasionally get that perfect "artsy" shot!
I am an avid reader, like going to the movies and to clubs and shows to hear live music.
Love being on the back of a motorcycle touring the countryside. I would love to travel to just about anywhere and my passport is ready at a moment's notice.
All I need is that special man to complete my life.
